Repairs:

All equipment delivered by us is fully guaranteed for a period of three years, and the electronic components in that equipment are guaranteed for a period of five years.

Some components such as tubes, potentiometers and switches are not guaranteed. If necessary those will be replaced at the cost of the component. Labor will not be charged during the first three years. If necessary, these items can be replaced at the current price of the component at the customer’s expense. We will not charge our customers for any labor incurred by us to install these replaced parts for a period of three years (after the date of the originally purchased equipment).

Onsite testing (voltages, etc.) of the equipment is free of charge for one year after the original purchase date.

Transportation and shipping is always at the customer’s expense, no exceptions.

After guarantee periods (see above) expire, customers will be charged the Audio Labor rate at $95.00/hr USD.
