At Home Try Out:

We encourage you to try listening to your new equipment in your own home or office! In your your own acoustic surroundings, it may sound entirely different from what you experienced in a showroom. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to try out our equipment in the comfort of your home or office..

Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with us (which can also be done when visiting our demo rooms), our customers will have the opportunity to take home the equipment under certain conditions:

• Taking apart the equipment in any way is not permissible.
  
• You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment. Any charges incurred for loss or damage will be deducted from your deposit.
  
• We will examine any equipment before it leaves the showroom. Any blemishes, dents, etc. will be notated.
  
• Maximum time period to try out the equipment at your home or office is one week only (7 days).
  
• We will obtain a copy of the customer’s current drivers license (or passport) and will withhold it until the equipment is returned.

DEPOSIT

A deposit will be obtained from our customers for any equipment taken from our showroom to try out at home or office. The entire deposit will be refunded in full ONLY if the equipment is returned is good condition (without damages).
Pricing as follows:

• $500.00 USD for small equipment
  
• $1000.00 USD for the Count loudspeaker set
• $2000.00 USD for the P-12 control amplifier and the Duke loudspeaker set

LEASE

Customer will pay a rental fee for each item taken with you. This rental fee will be deducted from the total price of the item(s) if you decide to purchase any of the leased equipment. This transaction will take place once the leased equipment has been returned to our showroom.
Rental fees are as follows:

• $50.00 USD per day per item for the first 5 days
  
• $300.00 USD per week per item for a 7 days week period
  
• $75.00 USD per day per item for any day after the fixed period or each additional day after set period

The leased items, rental period, and the total sum paid will be put in writing and signed by both parties before any equipment leaves our showroom.
